Cyborg Soul

The Cyborg Soul is one of Proxy EDC’s most ambitious designs, built around the idea of combining multiple fidget mechanics into a single, seamless system. At its core is a linkage-driven structure, where each movement triggers connected mechanical actions, creating a continuous, fluid experience rather than isolated inputs.

Central to its design is the concept of a “perfect cycle.” Instead of forcing users to reset or change grip between actions, the Cyborg Soul allows different playstyles to flow naturally into one another. The result is a smooth, uninterrupted sequence of motion that keeps the interaction engaging and rhythm-driven.

A standout feature is the firing pin mechanism, which acts as both a functional endpoint and a satisfying release within the cycle. Each activation delivers a sharp, impactful feedback, adding a strong sense of closure before seamlessly looping back into motion.

Despite its complexity, the piece is designed with portability in mind. The internal structure is dense but efficiently arranged, allowing it to remain compact and pocketable while still offering a wide range of interactions.

As part of a larger modular system, the Cyborg Soul is designed to connect with other pieces in the series, such as the Iron Curtain and Dragon Ridge. These combinations expand both functionality and playstyles, turning it into a customizable platform rather than a standalone fidget.

Additional elements, like the optional window breaker tip and interchangeable components, further reinforce its versatility, blending utility with mechanical play.

Finished with a weathered, stonewashed treatment across steel construction, the Cyborg Soul carries a rugged, industrial look that complements its complex internal design.
